My First Step To Real Change
At some stage we all decide we want to, or must make changes to our working lives. Like you I did just that. After too many years of employing my creativity and skills for someone elses gain, I decided it was time to use my enthusiasm to directly benefit my family. No reliance on a boss' whim or their decision as to what I'm worth. My main criteria was I wanted to earn whilst I learned and have a flexible work schedule.
Sure I have skills (although to begin with not very many in this field), but I was entering an exciting new area, so I recognised I needed some support, to give me a flying start, I saw no point in trying to reinvent the wheel.
