Guess what???
Hi
I've been working many jobs in the past 40 years; and the last 20 years in corrugated box business moving from the bottom learning the ropes and finally ended-up as a buyer. No matter how much fun i had doing those jobs it never paid enough besides always being questioned about my decisions only to be told after that i made the right choices.
Besides the fact that driving back and forth to work was time consuming and especially now with the price of gas that keeps going up; i spent more on gas and car repairs before enjoying my paycheck. And let's be honest we put our life on the line every time we drive to work or even to go shopping. In January 2008. I had to undergo an operation (not serious) but during my 3 week convalescence my boss decided to let me go. I was devastated and said to myself after 40 years working why not enjoy unemployment for a while and put thighs back together and get things done around the house.
Even though it was fun and i got a lot of things done, unemployment wasn't enough to cover my bills and i hated the prospect of looking for a job 9 to 5 (and at 54 it isn't easy) not getting paid enough etc. So I started to look for opportunities on the Internet.
