How I got from Nowhere to Somewhere - My Story
One day I woke up and said "No More!"
I'd had enough.
I was fed up of my lifetime of living day-to-day,
pay check to pay check -
always having more month than money.
I started my quest for something better. A new approach, a new attitude, a new life and it all had to start with a new way to get them. I knew nothing about internet marketing but I did know how to be skeptical because my life experiences had taught me not to take anything on face value. So when I came across this program my warning system went into overdrive. It just sounded too good to be true. Like many, I have worked hard in so many jobs and income generating systems that have only left me poorer.
So I had to find the catch. I did my research and discovered that one of the Top Watchdogs in the Industry gave them a 5 Star Rating and they were a part of a prestigious online protection group: The Consumer Advocacy Program.
That was impressive.
But, I was still concerned that I would just give my money and I would never
hear from anyone from the company again - ripped off by yet another
scam.
I kept on researching but I couldn't find anything genuinely negative about the program which put me in quite a dilema - part of me said walk away, another part said 'go for it' and yet another part was curious enough to want to join just so that I could find the 'catch.' So I set my fears aside, took a bit of a gamble - or so I felt, and deciding that my dreams were worth actively pursuing, I 'risked' it and joined.
Boy did I get more than I bargained for! I started out part time, keeping my day job so that I could support myself, eat and pay expenses and regular bills. It was not exactly instantly stepping into my new life and nothing much had changed at first - I still couldn't afford luxuries in anyway. But I had added a new dimension - something so different from anything else I had ever done. And as the days past, I learnt heaps from their excellent training and I could see I was building my first, very own business. And more, I found I was growing in confidence and the feeling that I was gaining some control over my life.
When I started I didn't know anything about online
marketing nor was I very skilled with computers and knew hardly
anything about the practical value of the internet. But that didn't matter. The program and their student advisors took me by the hand and showed me how it was done taking me from being a
'newbie' to a success.
I know 'success' can be measured differently to different people but to me that meant that I can now afford luxuries if I really want them and that I now don't have to front up to some boss each day (it was a great day when I said 'goodbye' to him!) - I actually pick when I want to work now.
I joined in 2007 and still haven't regretted it nor have I yet found the 'catch!' I completed all their courses long ago which seemed to cover all the aspects of the business that you need but I find that everday I am learning new things.
One of the things I didn't expect though is the complexity and power of the knowledge the system has given me. I saw the obvious because I was focussing on how to become debtfree but that was a very blinkered view - it is only now dawning on me how, thanks to this program, I can take my business to even greater and wider depths with it.
My journey with this program has not always been an easy ride. There has been lots of learning and many hours work to build it up. But as with anything, the more you put into it, the more you get out of it. Whenever I was ' stuck' there were always help available or videos and other support material that I could refer to. The rewards have been sooo worthwhile and a great incentive to persevere.
Life
is at last looking up and I am NEVER going back to that dark place I came from. I am so thankful for the day I made the
decision to commit to the program.
